With over a decade of experience in fostering entrepreneurship development, Janat is the Founder and CEO of WAN-Hive Ghana, the first female innovation hub in the Bono Region. Her international exposure to entrepreneurial ecosystems in countries like Rwanda, Gambia, and Germany has enriched her strategies, allowing her to adapt global best practices to local contexts.

Previously, in 2021, she was named the Bono Region Entrepreneur of the Year at the Youth Entrepreneur Awards, organized by the Ghana Startup Network.
