Fihankra Wins UniMAC Pitch Day With Anti-Bullying Campaign

Fihankra Communications has emerged as the winner of the UniMAC Pitch Day with its groundbreaking anti-bullying campaign, Be A Buddy, Not A Bully. The campaign, which aims to combat bullying in Ghanaian senior high schools, received the highest score of 81 points, securing first place in the competition.

The competition featured six teams, with Alpha Communications (79.5 points) and Brand Guru (78.5 points) taking second and third places, respectively. The event, hosted by Noel Nutsugah, challenged students to develop strategic public relations and corporate communication campaigns that could create a tangible impact on society.

Fihankra’s winning campaign seeks to reduce bullying incidents by 80% and raise awareness by 60% within 10 months through a combination of public engagement, behavioral change strategies, and influencer/media involvement. The initiative has already gained momentum, drawing interest from educational institutions and advocacy groups.
