NASAAG Names Kezia Asiedua Sanie as National Youth Icon

The National Academy of Students’ Achievement Awards Ghana (NASAAG) has proudly unveiled the Kezia Asiedua Sanie as the National Youth Icon/Ambassador for the year 2023/2024. Kezia, a dynamic and visionary leader, has been recognized for her exceptional contributions to society, particularly in the realm of social entrepreneurship and youth empowerment.

A professional law student at the Ghana School of Law, Kezia Asiedua Sanie is the founder of For The Future Ghana (FTF), a non-governmental organization dedicated to improving the lives of underprivileged children. Since its inception, FTF has positively impacted over 4000 children by providing access to education, healthcare, and comprehensive support services. Kezia’s commitment to mentoring and empowering youth extends beyond her organization, as she actively engages in speaking engagements to inspire and guide young minds.

In addition to her role as a social entrepreneur, Kezia is a distinguished member of the Board of Trustees for the Head of State Award Scheme (Duke of Edinburgh International Award in Ghana) and a member of the Global Shapers Community, Accra Hub. Her tireless efforts have garnered widespread recognition, including the Female Entrepreneur of the Year 2020 by the Young Achiever’s Awards and the Pan African Community Influencer of the Year 2022 by Pulse Africa.

Kezia’s accolades also include being named a Top 10 finalist for the Chegg.org Global Student Prize and a Top 5 Finalist for the.ORG Impact Awards (Rising Star Category) in 2023. She was honored as the Unsung Hero of the Year by the Federation of African Law Students and received the Agent of Change Award 2023 from the Women’s Choice Awards Africa.
